We have built a body production line based on a pentahedron machine center, a crankshaft and camshaft production line based on larger turn-milling Manu-center, a horizontal cylinder head production line based on vertical and horizontal machining center. The heat treatment adopts advanced technologies of controlled atmosphere multi-purpose furnace, crankshaft induction quenching machine tool.
We fully enclosed, clean and dustless internal combustion engine assembly plant adopts advanced island assembly technology, and the internal combustion engine test has all been digitized.
